'First of all we asked for a room on 1st floor upon arrival because my husband has verdrigo and they gave us a suite. We didnt need a suite so we had to pay an extra $40. We get our room and shower curtain was down and rod was broken. They put the curtain on rod but the curtain would slide making it difficult when we showered. 'Paid for 2 rooms with kitchenettes because I was on vacation with 5 kids & didn’t want to eat out the entire time. 1 of the rooms the fridge didn’t work & the stoves didn’t get hot enough to cook. They also had a trash room by one of my rooms & it smelt so bad & carpet was dirty by it. There was a few roaches as well. Staff has good customer service '
