  • Dit onlangs gerenoveerde appartement in Tahoe Sierra Pines, Incline Village, NV, heeft alles om uw vakantie comfortabel en gedenkwaardig te maken. Onze enkel niveau, drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers appartement ligt op loopafstand van de prachtige zandstranden van Incline Village, wandelpaden, Hyatt Regency Resort (restaurants, winkels, Casino), jeu de boules baan, skatepark, rivierzijde wandelpad en de neig Recreation Center (Overdekt zwembad, gym / fitness centrum, basketbalvelden, tennisbanen, etc.).

    Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Championship golf, bioscoop en winkels zijn binnen handbereik ook. Het is de perfecte uitje naar Lake Tahoe te verkennen en te genieten van alles wat het te bieden heeft, zoals wandelen, mountainbiken, kajakken, varen, vissen, evenals grote restaurants (Lone Eagle Grill), bars (Cutthroat Saloon) en koffiehuizen (Sierra Café).

    Toegang tot prive-stranden Helling's (Incline Beach en Verbrande Cedar Beach) is opgenomen, maar de gasten zijn verantwoordelijk voor de entree (voor meer informatie, zie

    De woonkamer is prachtig ingericht met comfortabele lederen sofa's en de gezellige eetkamer stoelen comfortabel 6-8. De slaapkamers zijn volledig ingericht met twee queen bedden en twee eenpersoonsbedden, (voor maximaal zes volwassenen / kinderen). De hoge kwaliteit katoen bed en badlinnen zal uw vakantie comfortabel en ontspannend. Genieten van het maken van een familie maaltijd in de volledig uitgeruste keuken met nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten en mooie granieten werkbladen.

    Voor home entertainment, is er een 36 "LED-TV en Blu-ray. Beide tv (geen kabel maar Hulu en Netflix) en internet zijn beschikbaar. Er is ook een kleine dvd-selectie, boeken en bordspellen zijn beschikbaar als u wilt verblijven en ontspannen voor de open haard. Het achterdek kijkt Greenbelt en heeft een tafel met stoelen. Helaas, HOA niet bbq op het terrein mogelijk te maken, maar je kunt de bbq's te gebruiken in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte tussen de gebouwen. Parkeren is mogelijk voor twee auto's. Sneeuwruimers is inbegrepen en er is een full-sized wasmachine en droger in de eenheid.

    Onze gunstig gelegen appartement heeft ons met eindeloze avonturen en ontspanning. We hopen dat het zou de perfecte toevluchtsoord voor uw familie en vrienden te zijn.

    Bijkomende kosten zijn onder Washoe County Bezetting Tax, vertrek schoonmaakkosten, en de bescherming tegen beschadiging verzekering.

Great Place

We had a great time and loved the place. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the condo was very spacious! Small issues with one toilet missing the handle and broken blinds, but a service tech came out and fixed.

Comfortable

The condo was very comfortable and located in a very convenient location. We especially enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the large dining table was nice for meals. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows firmer than we are used to. Everything was nice and clean except the patio table and chairs out on the deck. We would love to have been able to sit out there and enjoy the beautiful weather, but they were so full of pollen dust that we couldn’t even attempt to clean them off so that was a bit disappointing.

Incline Village Summer Vacation

This property is conveniently located, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms was great for our group. I had a couple of questions before we arrived as well as during our stay and received responses. We enjoyed walking to the newly remodeled bowling alley across the street. The photos on the VRBO website of the interior of this condo do not reflect the current state of the condo. It was cluttered/messy and needed a deep cleaning. The outdoor deck was also cluttered and messy. We were able to use the available cooler to take to the lake after we cleaned all of the sand out of it.

Loud on a Summer Night, But otherwise, really great!

So, this vacation renal is right in the middle of everything. Which, I'm sure is great. But on summer nights, when it's vital to have the windows open it was very noisy. We had one girl swearing and cursing out on the porch of the building, on the phone to her boyfriend, at 2 AM in the morning that woke our kids. Now, this is NOT the fault of the property owner, but it is an issue when it's hot, no AC, and the only relief is to have windows open. There was so much good stuff about this property - tons of games, plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and shampoo and all that. The fridge is new with a nice icemaker, and the location was really easy to go pretty much anywhere. Also, unfortunately, while we were there the pine pollen or whatever that was, was in full force! What was really great, was that there were plenty of floor fans around the condo to keep the air flow. This place, would be great in the winter, when you can keep the windows closed, because the sound was great when we did close the windows, it just got too unbearable hot - like 78 degrees when we arrived at 9 pm inside the condo and that's too hot for us to comfortably sleep in.

Everything in the description was accurate, if not better! The townhome was very clean, well-stocked with toiletries, kitchen items, and so very welcoming! It was a great location, lots of parking, and from pre to post trip, the owner was very accessible, friendly and so helpful! My favorite parts of this home was having a full bathroom for every bedroom (such a rarity), a great washer/dryer, and the fireplace was absolutely lovely! The area was quiet and felt safe. Someone even sprinkled granules all over our staircase to help with the snow! We would definitely choose to stay there again and have already recommended it to our friends!

As advertised, cost effective and clean; parking a big issue

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The 3 bathrooms are an added plus. It was what we expected and an excellent value. Good location. I would provide 4 stars but the parking lot was packed with snow. While there were a few light snow storms just prior to our arrival, the large storm was a week before. Clearly, the lot had not been cleared. Even as we were there, no snow removal equipment ever cleared the parking lot. That's a good 10 days after the major storm. Our vehicle got stuck in the snow and required a $200 tow truck to be pulled out. I wouldn't complain if it had been a few days after the large storm, but there was clearly no attempt by the HOA to clean up the parking lot for 10 days. I'm an experienced Tahoe visitor. A few days? Yes. But 10 days? When I brought this to the attention of the owner (who was quite responsive on other matters), he offered no tow refund and only that he would complain to the HOA. That's not taking responsibility as far as I'm concerned. His HOA problems with snow removal are not my problems and if large storms may cause issues, he should have informed us. And 10 days later is ridiculous. We needed no snow cables ANYWHERE else.

We had a very nice time. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of blankets and towels, and cozy fireplace! 1 mile from Diamond Peak! We would have loved softer pillows on the bed, and a vacation rental instruction book would have been nice. We weren’t sure how owners wanted us to leave the condo. Otherwise, we were very warm and relaxed on our stay! Thank you!!

Wonderful Getaway

Great place to stay in Incline Village! My husband and I went with another couple for a golf getaway, and this didn't disappoint! Besides being close to golf courses, it's also within a five minute car ride, or less, to the beach, the Hyatt and many restaurants. The property was clean and had plenty of amenities. I, personally, was so happy with the nice coffee maker!! The owner responded promptly for the reservations, and everything was ready when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property when looking for a place to stay in Incline Village.

Perfect condo for ski get-away

We are a family of five. This 3-bedroom condo was perfect for us. Each of the rooms has its own full-bath...a big plus! The kitchen was clean and well equipped for making meals. There were plenty of towels and bedding. The location was very convenient; the condo is on a quiet street, within a few blocks from the Raley's, restaurants, shops, gas stations, the Lake/beach. Diamond Peak was a 5-minute drive; Mt Rose was about 20 minutes. We reached out to the owner regarding a few minor logistical issues and he responded promptly. Overall, the condo was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely come back on our next ski trip.

Needs a little repairs to shower, lock box etc

Shower was very difficult to turn on. Lock box needs more detailed instructions. Refrigerator at times was very difficult to open. Condo was very clean and appliances were of high quality. Was affordable and well furnished.
