The space

This is a spacious three-level townhouse designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation.

First Floor:

* Bedroom 1: Queen bed and TV
* Full bathroom
* Entertainment area featuring a bar, TV, comfortable seating, and a fun space to relax and spend time together

Second Floor:

* Fully equipped kitchen
* Dining area
* Cozy living room with a fireplace - the perfect place to gather and connect (no TV in the living room)
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk
* Full bathroom

Third Floor (Loft)

* Loft with a queen bed and TV

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire townhouse throughout their stay.

Other things to note
SECURITY CAMERAS:

We have 24/7 exterior video/audio security cameras focused on the Driveway only. These are strictly for security and do not intrude on guest privacy.

GUESTS:

Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property / in the cabin. Extra guests must be approved by the owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.

CLEANING FEE:

The cleaning fee encompasses standard turnover cleaning tasks, such as changing bedding and laundering linens, cleaning surfaces and floors, and managing snow removal, among others. Please be advised that additional cleaning charges may apply in cases of substantial untidiness, such as excessive dishes or the presence of pet hair on furniture and beds.

WINTER SNOW SEASON:

During the snow season, for optimal mobility, we recommend using 4-wheel drive vehicles. There are driveway plow service, as well as a shoveling service to maintain clear pathways. However, please be aware that snow may continue to accumulate between shoveling and your arrival. To further assist you, we provide shovels for your convenience.

In the event of heavy snowfall during your stay and if additional shoveling assistance is required, please don't hesitate to contact us. We may be able to arrange additional help for a supplementary fee.

Please be advised that while we make every effort to ensure your safety and comfort, we cannot be held responsible for any weather-related delays or changes leading up to and during your reservation. Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect in the event of a storm.

LOST/STOLEN:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
If you leave personal belongings behind, we’re happy to ship them back to you if they are found.
