With plenty of room for the whole family and all of the comforts of home, there will be no delay in making the best memories at Lake Tahoe. The main living room, dining area, and kitchen boast an open layout that will be perfect for entertaining larger groups and the culinary-inclined guests will love whipping up tasty meals on all of the appliances of home. After a full day of mountain or lake adventures, step out to the covered patio and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun dips behind the trees. Don't worry about a lack of entertainment when the stars come out, as the free WiFi and the flatscreen TV will allow everyone to share favorite memories on social media or indulge in a movie night.

Sitting a block from Tahoe Boulevard, there will be endless shopping, dining, and attractions right at your fingertips. If a lake day is on the agenda, pack up your towels and sunscreen and make your way to Incline Public Beach (one mile south) and enjoy an afternoon in the blue water. Come winter, the skiers of the group can easily get their fill of fresh powder at Diamond Peak Ski Resort (two miles).

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
