'This was your basic budget motel. The room was clean ish, most of the amenities of the room worked and there was parking right in front of the door. On the down side there was a door still as is but painted closed to what was once adjoining rooms and we could hear everything in the room next to us from clear conversations to the tv and even a fart. That made it a less than comfortable or restful stay. Classic you get what you pay for with this place.'

'The front staff were amazing. They answered all my questions and fulfilled my hotel needs/request. The rooms are updated and well kept. Will definitely stay again when in Independence, KS.'
