'Some dead and alive stink bugs had a terrible back ache the next morning from the bed and the couch was noisy the table fell apart on us when we put a drink down but overall it was fine for one night very doable very friendly staff offered water good amount of space. Would stay here again'

The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. 'Pool was dirty and very small Rooms were outdated'

'Everything’s fine you get what you pay for but for some reason every time you try to take a shower before you fly out at 2:30 in the morning there is no hot water. You tell the front desk and they don’t seem to care.'

'If it's over 60° outside air conditioning will run in your room and you have no control to shut it off. Gross carpets Smelled funny Walls are like paper Spring beds, with rocks for pillows'

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'Really nice cottage and beautiful grounds including the pool. It was great to be able yo walk over to the Winery next door for food & drinks. Like that it is away from the hustle of the waterfront but easy to go into the heart of Newport when we wanted. Would stay here again when returning to Newport.'

'Paid extra for a room with two beds and extra pullout couch. No blankets or linens provided for the couch and no one to help with anything. Not enough towels provided for number of guests stated. Had to go get those. We were only there one night but for an extended stay, nothing was provided. Beds were comfortable but small. Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but...

'Bed was unclean. Furniture and bathroom tiles were old and scuffed up.'

'We truly enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that I needed to pick up the breakfast ticket from the from desk before going to have breakfast. I was asked for this ticket while having breakfast and was completely unaware of it. That should be explained when checking in.'
