It's like the picture on the website was their best room and the rest are in the slums. The elevator was filthy and going up 3 floor between 1 and 2 floors the elevator drops a little and scares you unti thinking it's going to fall. 'There was a lot of dust in high places and all over the hair dryer. The Iron was full of water. As a person who suffers from severe allergies, those little dust bunnies are monsters. The room we wanted was not available, hot tub down. The gentlemen at the front desk made it worth my while and offered me a discount due to the tub being unusable. He was very hospitable! '

'Ideal stay, all in all. Uses it as a convenient place to stay for an Amtrak excursion. The pool is amazing and all the staff were very nice. Would happily stay here again for another trip or a downtown Crowne Center experience. '
