This property was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. Being able to start our mornings with coffee on the porch and then stroll to the beach in minutes was a dream.

The house was wonderful directly across from a public beach site with food truck and bathrooms. Heated pool was exactly what we needed in December. The host had plenty of extras like toiletries and paper towels and trash bags. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and everything you need. We absolutely loved the reclining sofa chairs. Huge house with room for everyone.

We had a great stay. There are several restaurants and bars within a very short walking distance along with shopping to include a CVS. No need for a car to get the basics. The public beach is right across the street with free parking, bathrooms, shower, and food truck. There are several beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use. The best part is the heated pool under the Lania. We topped off every evening with a swim in the pool and a cold drink in our hands. If you like music bring a Bluetooth speaker. The WIFI works great.

Pool haven

The property was perfect when you have swimmers in your family. We swam nonstop in the pool and having it heated allowed us to go at night. We were close to the beach to take a quick trip over. The highway was busy so we chose to drive given the little ones. The stay was awesome and just what we needed. The owners were quick to respond as well!

This house is perfect at the end of a cute little neighborhood. We had six people in our group and the house still felt very spacious. The setup is amazing! - it’s a U shaped house built around the private pool area. So 2 of the 3 bedrooms have French doors that open to the pool, in addition to, the large French doors in the common space. Extremely clean and the host has everything you need for meals. Also has other thoughtful things like several beach chairs, a few beach towels, sand toys and umbrellas. Beach is a short walk across the street. During busy times, crossing A1A can be hard. However there is a crosswalk a few hundred feet down the sidewalk that lets you easily cross adding only a few minutes to total walk to the beach (maybe 5-7 min total walk to beach). Beach is beautiful! The host is very friendly and responsive with any questions. Loved this house - Will definately book this house again next time we come to Florida. I already miss it!

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed the pool and deck for hanging out. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and several great restaurants. Lots of living space though somewhat lacking in furniture (outdoor furniture was set up by the tv and it was very uncomfortable- no cushions). Z. was very responsive when messaged.

Beautiful home! Close to everything!

We stayed here with 6 of us! Pool was nice and warm! Home was beautiful and easy to cozy into! Comfortable beds, even the roll out bed was super comfortable which surprised me! Close to everything you need to shop, groceries, beach etc! The kids loved the climber down the street as well! Would highly recommend! Home owner made it very easy to check in and made us feel very welcome!
