'We have stayed at Saltwater Sebastian (and Captain Butchers) many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Management has done a nice job with upgrades. However, there were some issues. The headboard to our bed squeaked whenever one of us moved. The drain to our shower backed up. The electronic key to our door was not working. Outside of that , we did enjoy our stay. '

'Unfortunately the weather took a turn. To windy and cold to fish. We stayed Sunday through Wednesday. Last day caught a redfish. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Will return to try our luck again. Was quiet and relaxing. Seen some baby ducks. '

'This house is right on the ocean with a beach that is basically empty of people! We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and having the waves so close you could hear them from the house. While the house isn’t fancy, it was clean and comfortable and well-supplied. The owners were great at communicating. We were very pleased with this find.'

'Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.'

'Very Impressive little cottage !!! Was not sure what to expect when we booked the reservation. We were pleasantly surpised. Very clean, open, and bright. My husband loved fishing off the dock everyday. We even saw dolphins swimming out front. Enjoyed out time at the cottage. Will come back to stay in if we are in the area again. 10 out of 10.'

'The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!'
