'My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. 'One of the staff members didnt know how to do much so she just told us and other visitors its not available. We couldnt get two room keys because after we paid and checked in she couldnt give us an additional room key for my husband. She also told someone there were no extra pillows or blankets amd also said they dont accept triple A discounts. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. 'Breakfast was good. Day 1 had pork sausage, Day 2 chicken sausage, nice options, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, even had soy milk! Close to shopping. '

'GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby.'

'The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. '
