'We were very disappointed in the condition of this property. The check-in clerk tried to charge me twice for the stay. The room smelled like cigarettes and we found a wash cloth stuffed over the smoke detector. The tub in the bathroom had calk missing and what appears to be black mold. 'We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. 'Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. 'The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!'

'When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. The room is OK, but the bed was metal and didn't feel very nice. Linen was just OK. Fridge had a fridge smell. Bathroom was OK. Floor had no carpet but was OK. Do not rent from the webpage picture.'
