'This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!'

'The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.'

'This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not. '

Wifi ook vrij slecht en 3 uur na het herstellen van het water probleem, was de douche nog steeds zo goed als koud... Dit allemaal voor een vrij dure prijs, zeker de parking...'

'Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! Thank you so much for the great stay for our first time in...

'I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. '
