Nieuwe functie: VERWARMDE GARAGE! Onlangs gerenoveerd een verhaal twee slaapkamers twee badkamers thuis in de oude binnenstad Carmel, IN. Dit huis heeft een kleine vijver aan de achterkant, garage en op straat (oprit) parkeren, twee aparte slaapkamers met plafondventilatoren en queensize bedden. Volledig ingerichte keuken en wasruimte. Open leefruimte met een 52-inch Smart TV (foto toont de vorige kleinere TV), DVD en VCR-speler, evenals een kleinere Smart TV die overal in huis te gebruiken is, gratis NETFLIX, AMAZON TV en draadloos internet. Geschikt voor vier comfortabel. Twee extra gasten kunnen worden ondergebracht door op de bank te slapen of door de aanwezige opblaasbare koninginmatras te gebruiken. Een pack-and-play is bedoeld voor onze jongere bezoekers. Let op: er is geen vaste telefoon. Gasten moeten hun mobiele telefoon gebruiken om te bellen.

Het huis ligt dicht bij het Carmel Centrum voor uitvoerende kunsten (The Palladium), het Carmel Ice Skadium en het Carmel Arts and Entertainment District (restaurants en winkels), Grand Park (Westfield, IN) ligt op 14 km afstand, het huis van Indianapolis Colts (Lucas Oil Stadium) is 15 mijl, de Indianapolis Motor Speedway is 18 mijl, en het is 26 mijl naar de Indianapolis International Airport. De 18 mijl lange Monon Trail (een pad van spoor naar pad) ligt op minder dan 1 km afstand. De U. S. 31 Zaken corridor is een 5 minuten rijden.

HEEL PROPER! Een van de meest consistente opmerkingen van onze gasten is hoe tevreden ze zijn met de netheid van het huis. We werken er hard aan om dat zo te houden en we zijn er zeker van dat ook jij het zult waarderen.

ANNULERINGSBELEID - als u wilt annuleren tijdens de periode 'geen restitutie', zullen we proberen opnieuw te huren voor die dagen. Als we dat doen, krijgt u uw geld terug voor elke dag dat de nieuwe huurder blijft. Dit is alleen van toepassing als u alle betalingen hebt gedaan en de ondertekende huurovereenkomst hebt teruggestuurd.

Houd er rekening mee dat voor reserveringen van meer dan 29 dagen 50% wordt terugbetaald bij annulering ten minste 30 dagen vóór de incheckdatum en 100% bij annulering tot 60 dagen vóór de incheckdatum.

REIZIGER VRIENDELIJKE VROEGE CHECK-IN EN LAATSTE CHECK-OUTS. Hoewel we deze verzoeken mogelijk niet altijd kunnen verwerken, kunnen we dit overgrote deel van de tijd wel doen. Zolang een andere gast niet vertrekt op de ochtend van uw aankomst, of aankomt op de middag van uw vertrek, doen wij dit graag.

It is a very quiet and beautiful space for 2 couples to enjoy private times and time to interact with each other. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and it is in neighborhood with sidewalks so it's pleasant to walk. It also has a nice deck with a good view of the pond.

Beautiful Carmel house, close to everything.

This beautiful home is tucked into a quiet neighborhood in central Carmel. The back deck overlooks a pond, and was screened with shrubbery from other properties. One could easily walk to all that downtown Carmel has to offer in terms of culture, dining and events. We felt very comfortable here, and would recommend it for other couples. With two bedrooms and baths, it would be perfect for two couples traveling together.

This property fit the bill for exactly what we needed. In town for an AAU tournament and with my husband being the Coach the catch and release pond for fishing was the perfect down time for him. Wished we stayed more than 2 nights but will keep on the list for future visits to the area.

Perfect home away from home

We were in town for a ball tournament at Grand Park. The house was close to the ball fields, the neighborhood was very cute and the house was even cuter. There's a pond in the back yard stocked with fish and my son had a blast fishing. The Carmel farmers market was within walking distance as well as many other shops. We will definitely try to stay here again next time.

Girls weekend

Great location. The home was clean and very comfortable. The perfect size for our girls getaway. The highlight is the deck overlooking the pond. Happy hour was so much more fun out there as was our morning coffee!! The location was perfect for us. Close to Arts & Design District -had lunch and shopped and walked back down the Monon Trail. Over to the shops behind the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed a rainy Saturday. Market was too wet in the a.m - we are saving that for our next trip! Also we went to Zionsville and loved that area just as much. So much to do and great food everywhere we ate. If you want to be close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but in a quiet well kept home - this Cozy Cottage is perfect!

Best Vrbo property we've ever stayed in.

I've rented many properties through Vrbo. Most of them were good --a couple of them were disappointments--this was the BEST property we've ever rented. The home was clean, safe, great location, and John and Becky were wonderful hosts. The property was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Will rebook this property when we return to Carmel.

Extraordinary House in Carmel

This is a great house. 2 large bedrooms with closets. Bathrooms were very clean. We loved the kitchen, eating area and living room. TV's streaming via RUKO or Firestick. There were plenty of outlets and many that USB outlets. There was a printer to use on a rolling desk to conduct business if needed. A nice patio with grill overlooking a pond. The house was well equipped and instructions in a master book or placed in the needed area. The kitchen was well stocked. The garage was clean and a remote opener was even provided. John & Becky communicated in advance and even at the start and end of our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The property is well groomed. It was easy access to downtown Carmel, shopping, restaurants and highways.

Great Space!

Home was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities. Backyard pond was fantastic, lots of waterfowl to view. Within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, etc. Host was prompt with answering questions. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.
