  • Vernieuwde duplex in Broad Ripple. Op loopafstand van populaire restaurants, een koffiebar en vervoer met Blue Indy-auto's. Een mijl van Butler University. Het gebied bruist van de opwinding en cultuur. Wat u ook in de stad bent, u kunt op loopafstand van veel leuke ervaringen genieten. Mijn doel is om uw ervaring zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

    Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het huis bevat ook een föhn, strijkijzer en strijkplank. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een nieuw queensize bed, nieuwe stapelbedden met 2 aparte bedden in de tweede slaapkamer. Een nieuw queensize bed in de 3e slaapkamer. Gasten zullen de plaats voor zichzelf hebben. Het huis is uitgerust met wifi.

We had a great stay at this property. Very nice bathrooms and 3 separate bedrooms. Kitchen was great. We slept well. There was a little glitch on getting our check in information. Both VRBO and the owner promptly helped resolve the issue.

The house was perfect for our visit to Indy to celebrate our grandson’s HS graduation. Plenty of restaurants and a Fresh Market within walking distance. There is a bus stop just outside the front door which makes transportation around the city very easy. Will stay there again!

This is a great house and location for our stay in Indy. We had an event at the fairgrounds, and it was easy access. There are also a nice variety of restaurants and a coffee shop close by. Really nice property! Very clean and well-appointed. Super easy check-out responsibilities. It's half of a duplex. The neighbors were super nice. Literally a 30 second walk to a great coffee shop (Prufrock), a really cool corner bar (Red Key Tavern) and a nice record store and bookstore across the street... We felt like we were locals!

Mini Marathon Weekend

Kevin keeps the place in great shape. The location is perfect for heading downtown on race day or up to Connors Pub in Broad Ripple post race. Take a walk around the neighborhood to see Immaculate Heart of Mary (the House that Cripe built) and have a nightcap at the Red Key.

Perfect 3 day stay!

Great property close to the fairgrounds. Check in was a breeze. House is just as described. Perfect for our two families to live in for 3 nights. We love eating at the Half Liter on the Monon Trail, a recommendation by Kevin, each year we come and stay here. Parking can be tight with large vehicles, but doable (definitely utilize the alley and driveway for parking).

Early 20th Century Meets Modern Day Charm

If you're looking to rent in Indianapolis, look no further! This early 20th Century home is wrapped around a modern-day interior. You will see the level of attention the owners gave to the interior remodeling. The spacious front porch is a great place to unwind and relax after a day out. Minutes away from the fairgrounds with restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Family Gathering

I stayed with my daughters and my sister-in-law and her daughters. The house was wonderful and suited our needs quite well. Our only complaint is that there needs to be more hand soap at the sinks. We would recommend that mirrors be added to each of the bedrooms to allow folks to get ready outside of the bathrooms, but that may only be an issue if you have a houseful of girls. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our third time staying at this location. Close proximity to fairgrounds. Always clean; perfect for our two families to stay in. Expect road noise at night, especially Fri and Sat nights as College and 52nd is a busy area (nothing that you can't sleep through though). Utilize the alley approach the driveway as parking a truck /backing a truch out onto College is somewhat difficult.

Girls Weekend

We had a great time staying here for our annual Girl's Weekend. Kevin was a great host and was very responsive to our needs. The third bedroom only has a full over full bunk bed, so I was a little misguided on the description of the beds. I only think it's because VRBO doesn't have an icon for this type of bed. The beds were very comfortable!!!
