BACKYARD

Enjoy a spacious and private backyard surrounded by fencing on nearly all sides. Approximately 3½ sides have physical fencing/gates, while a small portion is bordered by mature trees and dense vegetation that provide natural privacy.

The yard feels private and enclosed; however, because a small section uses natural landscaping rather than a physical fence, we do not describe the yard as 100% fully fenced. Guests traveling with pets or young children should keep this in mind and supervise accordingly.

Excessive grease may incur a $40 cleaning fee
