Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We were on the 3rd floor and woke up to a flooded bathroom. Immediately they switched us to a different room, even though it was smaller for our party of 5 ( bigger size ones were all taken) , they provided a cot and fixed the problem. Expedia reimbursed us for that one night so all ended well.
The staff was very courteous and kind. The room was not super clean ( found some pills in the sofa bed , old fries near the window, coins on the floor and the carpet was ragged and not so clean) but the 2nd room they gave us on the 1st floor was much cleaner , nicer and even though it was overlooking the highway and the airport it was pretty quiet . Easy access to the highway but sort of a tough neighborhood around.
Dennis, a smaller Walmart, Taco Bell are very close but we didn’t go there. Breakfast was included in our package.
Breakfast was basic. Eggs, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits, gravy and waffles, juices, good coffee. More meat would be awesome but friendly staff, refilled everything quickly.
Nice pool, hot tub. Fills up fast with families. Open till midnight for adults and till 10pm for kids. Small gym.
It’s our second time staying there while visiting our older kids. Zero issues first time and even now it’s not bad. Stuff happen, but they handled it well.
