Called ahead to let them know I was checking in after midnight. Waited in lobby for 15 minutes along with 2 other guests. I ended up going through the entire back area looking for staff after I called the front desk 3 times. I found a worker who went outside to get the receptionist out of a car to check us in. Terrible service.

I had a wonderful visit to the area. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance, so everything you need is within reach. I will come back again!

The room was very good. Breakfast took a while to get served even though it didn't seem busy. The bummer was that I left my jacket in the closet and when we went back at the end of the day before we headed home, it had disappeared.

Great, but where are the staff?!
The hotel was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. My one complaint is that throughout our entire weekend stay there was NEVER anyone at the front desk. Not a soul in site, ever. Thankfully we only had a minor issue that we took care of ourselves, but it was frustrating nonetheless.

I was astounded to learn that one has to phone from the airport to ask to have the shuttle arrive. After waiting at Zone 2 for half an hour, I searched for the hotel's phone number (very hard to find) to see why we were still waiting for the shuttle. Then I was told the shuttle was available only upon request!! LET PEOPLE KNOW THIS WHEN THEY BOOK A ROOM.!
