the hotel is maintaining the services and tries to provide the best comfort to the guests. However, the things like Wifi connectivity is a technical glitch which might arise any time. I am glad that the issue was resolves and you were able to connect your mobile with wifi.

The cleanings of hotel is seriously taken . You should have asked hotel staff for the bathroom cleaning . The A/c unit is fixed now. Regarding the smoke, there is no such smell. Might be it was something else.

Hey . did you talk o the hotel staff about it. They must have fixed the heat issue and the toilet too. We request our guests to communicate with staff in case they have any issue . For us, the guest's comfort is our priority. We really apologies for the discomfort you felt.

The hotel is old but very well maintained . It is not a fancy hotel but provides a comfortable stay to the guest. It is always open and was never shut down. The parking area is also clean. The towel ae enough and we provide extra towels if the guest ask.

The entire htel in uder the survillence and fully covered with camera coverage . There is no need to feel unsafe. We are sorry for not having a comfortable stay at property. The hotel accommodates regular travelers and we provide the best services to the guests. The refrigerator and the heater issue could have been fixed . You would have asked the front desk .Anyhow, we are again sorry for the discomfort.

Sorry for the inconvenience you had staying in the hotel. As per your request, the window of the room was closed. Regarding the hot water, the hot water supply takes time (5-10mins),probably, you didn’t wait for so long. The front desk guys are always there, it’s really strange to come to know that you couldn’t find any one of them. The inconvenience is regretted.

There was no mold in the room and no dried liquid was found on the walls. During the checkout time, front desk normally visits the room. We genuinely don't want our guests to feel any discomfort. Apologize for that
