This beautiful unit is a basement conversion with a living room, Full kitchen, Full Bathroom, Large Master Bedroom with a King size bed, walk-in closet and a work station (Computer Dest and Chair). Bedroom has 40 inch smart tv with Netflix. Living room has extra large 65 inch smart tv with Netflix. And You also have spare room that can be used as an another bedroom or a game room. Both sofa in the living room and game room turns into a bed. Just bring sleeping bags if you want to sleep on the sofa. Kitchen has a coffee station, plates, cups, wine glasses and everything you need to prepare a meal. You will also like the stainless steel fridge and stove with range exhaust.
