You’re close to Marian University plus easy-to-reach everyday essentials like nearby shopping and dining, so it’s simple to grab what you need and get on with the fun. It’s also a great launching point for exploring popular Indy spots without a long drive.



Getting Around:

We have a long driveway that can park 2-4 cars. Didn't bring a car? Rideshares pickup within minutes!

We take cleanliness seriously—this property is carefully cleaned and inspected after every stay to ensure the highest standards. Our team follows thorough cleaning protocols, paying close attention to every detail so you can enjoy a fresh and welcoming space. We take pride in providing a stay that feels just as comfortable and well-maintained as home.

To maintain the safety of our properties, neighbors, and community, we require a third-party verification and a signed rental agreement for all reservations. If you’re uncomfortable with this process, we’re happy to cancel your reservation penalty-free if it was booked within the last 24 hours. All of your information is securely handled and deleted upon checkout. You will have the option to pay a refundable security deposit or non refundable waiver.



This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
