Our stay was disrupted by several issues. The television did not work for the first two days despite multiple service visits. The bathtub had visible cracks, and the hot water was inconsistent; the shower was lukewarm while the sink was much hotter, as confirmed by maintenance.
Additionally, the room had a strong odor traced to a refrigerator with mold and buildup. Maintenance was unavailable, so I cleaned it myself, which took about 30 minutes. The smell was overwhelming for me and concerning for my roommate, who has severe allergies.
Although the staff was courteous, these problems caused stress, discomfort, and significant inconvenience. Guests should expect clean, fully functional rooms upon arrival.
