'Fairly quiet, except some obnoxious vehicle revving noises and inconsiderate guest pouncing around in the early morning hours on the floor above. Comfortable space, very comfy bed and pillows with a really cool kitchen and bath. Has a white noise sound device instead of a silly alarm clock. Mobile access(doors,locks)worked surprisingly well. 'This hotel has better views than others at more than double the price. It is impeccable and extremely quiet. Indeed, we never saw another guest, although the parking was mostly full. Lakeview is across the street from the best market in Kirkland, which also serves excellent coffee and to-die-for fresh cookies. Our room was spacious and contained everything needed. 'Apartment was very nice and clean but we thought really not suitable for 4 adults. The convertible sofa had a space in the middle that you would sink into. Not sure all the apartments in the building have the same sofa. Our apartment was facing the sun and would get very hot and there is no air conditioning, but had a fan in all the rooms. 'We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there.'

'Great place to stay if wanting to be close to downtown! The only thing I would change is the spider webs in the backyard makes it difficult to enjoy the beautiful yard. The light in the bathroom seems to flicker and turn off and the fan is delayed when there is anything plugged in. The place was clean and the host is very communicative! I would definitely stay again. '
