  • Op loopafstand van de stagecoach. Prachtig nieuw 1800 SF huis gelegen in een gated Indian Palms Country Club. Kampioenschap 27 holes golfbaan, tennisbanen, een gemeenschappelijk zwembad en jacuzzi. State of the art fitnessruimte, een restaurant en nog veel meer. Huis wordt geleverd met alle voorzieningen en zorgvuldig onderhouden .Twee slaapkamer, een koning en een koningin, en een slaapbank. Keuken heeft wandeling in pantry, granieten toonbanken en gashaard. Grote buiten de deur patio met BBQ, internet, kabel en Netflex. Dit huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Breng je koffer. So many great things about this house.First of all, the location is perfect… and very quiet… House was very user-friendly and decorated beautifully… I really felt at home as soon as I walked in… Host was very attentive and I felt well taken care of.Everything you could think of was there from the Keurig coffee machine to the wonderful Roku TVs… Beautiful fire pits… I will be back

We could not have asked for a lovelier or more comfortable place to stay. It was perfect. Everything you could possibly need was available--both indoors & out. Outdoor seating was plentiful & cozy & spotless. The only thing that could make it better would be a longer stay.

Great stay!

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and it was super easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed including spices, good knives and baggies for sandwiches. Bob and Kelly were both great and we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!!

We have stayed here multiple times. Such a lovely and welcoming home. And Bob, the caretaker, is a treasure. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Convenient to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and BNP Paribas tennis tournament which we attend. Not our first stay here and we plan on returning again next year.

Backyard Oasis for sure!

This place is amazing. Fully stocked, better than my own home. The caretaker Bob is the kindest man. The beds are so comfortable and the backyard is an amazing oasis. Hit the jackpot finding this place. Enjoy!!

The house is very clean and nice. We had a great time in the pool as well.

We had a great time at the house and it was very comfortable. We only had a small hiccup getting out of the gated community since we could only go through 1 entrance and exit.

Near Coachella area

This was our second stay at this property. It is a quaint, well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood, and easily accessible to the Coachella grounds. The backyard is full of plants and flowers to enhance a relaxing day next to the pool. Great communication with the caretaker before and during our trip. Comfortable beds, living room, and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We had another great stay and would definitely return.

This house was great, very clean and organized, they have everything you need during your stay. The pool was heated, Bob the caretaker was very helpful, he gave us a ride to the entrance of the community so we didn’t have to walk. The location of the community is across the street from the festival so we can walk into the festival. I would recommend this house for sure.
