▪︎It's important to be aware of occasional high winds and dust storms. These are infrequent natural occurrences in Indio beyond our control and may temporarily affect the condition of outdoor.

-If the weather has been bad, the pool maintenance may schedule to clean it on day of or after. Time varies.

Pool and Jacuzzi Heat is an Additional Fee
Note: Jacuzzi and Pool cannot heat at the same time.

Pool Heat $100/day
Jacuzzi Heat $25/day

-Once pool reaches its max heat temp then heater will be redirected to Heat the Jacuzzi.

Reminder: The heater cannot simultaneously heat both the jacuzzi and the pool

Jacuzzi- please keep in mind it needs to be shut off until use- once you're ready to use it, please send me a message and I’ll get that started immediately

▪︎PARKING
Please absolutely NO street parking whatsoever. An $850 fine will be given by security for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or driveway only!(Do not block sidewalk/walkway)
