Gelegen in de prachtige Coachella-vallei van Californië met uitzicht op de meest majestueuze bergen die u ooit zult zien. Deze prachtige woning is 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers in prive-gated community met een eigen verwarmd eigen zoutwaterzwembad en een spa. Dit prachtige huis heeft een mooie open plattegrond, 100 MB snel internet en DVR met HBO, Netflix en The Golf channel!

La Quinta biedt alles, van 269 dagen zon per jaar tot eindeloze activiteiten zoals golfen en ontspannen bij het zwembad. Perfect voor gezinnen en stelletjes, La Quinta heeft voor elk wat wils.

Voor wandelaars en fietsers, onze La Quinta huis is gelegen in de buurt van mijlen en mijlen van glooiende woestijn en goed gemarkeerde fiets enige rijstroken. Er zijn ook vele mogelijkheden om te mountainbiken, waaronder een aantal steile bergbeklimmingen en afdalingen, ritten met een enkel parcours langs de ravijnen van de canyon en spiertrappende pedalen door het zand van de woestijn en rotsrot. Ervaar een aantal van de mooiste en meest unieke landschappen te voet terwijl je wandelt door de Joshua Tree Wilderness en het National Park ten noorden van de vallei.

Voor een beetje ontspanning van alle aangeboden fysieke activiteiten, bezoekt u een van de lokale muziekpodia van La Quinta voor livemuziek en jazz. Ook voor festivalgangers is La Quinta de thuisbasis van het populaire Coachella-muziekfestival en Stagecoach. Deze accommodatie ligt op 5 minuten afstand van de shuttle-pick-up Indian Garden Tennis Garden Shuttle, maar u kunt ook Uber / Lyft of zelf 7 minuten naar het festivalterrein rijden! Breng je dag door met dansen en plezier maken op het festival en breng je avonden door met het recupereren in deze prachtige achtertuin.

Over de achtertuin gesproken ... het is volledig privé, heeft hoge hagen aan elke kant, met voldoende ruimte voor een mooie BBQ. Je kunt maïsgaten spelen, ontspannen bij het zwembad, fietsen of bij de vuurplaats aan het vuur zitten. U kunt ook genieten van uw dag in het gemeenschappelijk zwembad dat op loopafstand van het huis ligt. Het zwembad heeft een aangesloten gemeenschappelijke fitnessruimte met cardio- en trainingsapparatuur.

Het huis is gunstig gelegen binnen een mijl van Costco, Target, Walmart en andere grote winkels en winkels en restaurants. Bovendien kunt u naar het nieuwe Big Rock-restaurant lopen, met zijn nachtelijk live entertainment, heerlijk eten en een grote patio en bar met tv's, met uitzicht op de Indian Springs Golf en Country Club.

De Immaculate Indian Springs Golf Club heeft de 'BEST CURSE under $ 100' van de Desert Sun en heeft de 4 STAR Rating van Golf Digest ontvangen. Indian Springs is uitgegroeid tot een van de beste en meest spelervriendelijke banen in de woestijn met Country Club Service. Awesome Stay!

Seriously. Probably my best experience of a rental on vrbo, and I do so about 4 times per year. Extremely well-appointed house, great lay-out and furnishings. Location for The Paribas Open is prime. Owner communication was over-the-top; Drew would text back immediately if any issues, and even shipped back an iPad (the next day) that I left by mistake. Over and above the call of duty.

Perfect stay

My stay was perfect. Home very comfortable and the pool and spa a bonus. The host was very responsive no matter what time of day when I had questions. I would highly recommend this place, very centrally located to many things. If you just wanted to chill out the back yard was welcoming. You could walk to Big Rock restaurant/golf and bikes were also available. I can’t wait to go back.

A Perfect Holiday

We had a fabulous 9 day vacation at this beautiful property. It truly is a home away from home. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. Kitchen and bath accessories were of great quality and there was an abundance of paper towels, soap, etc. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub daily. Drew was amazing to book with and he answered our questions promptly. We have stayed at many properties in the past and this is now our new favourite. Great homebase for tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden

Recharge getaway!

Drew was probably the best rental host I have interacted with! Quick to answer questions and offer solutions and a meticulous property owner which meant that pretty much all aspects exceeded our expectations. It is fair to mention the back yard overlooks a 4 lane street which does hum with traffic most of the time, but if you are willing to tune this out so as to enjoy all that the beautifully maintained garden, pool and home have to offer you will not be disappointed. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics and more, cleaning was immaculate and home/garden furniture super comfortable and in great condition. Lots of thoughtful little touches. Thank you Drew - we hope to have a chance to return!

Exceptional home

This property was incredible. From the ease of booking with Drew, to checking in to checking out, everything was excellent. Beautiful upgraded home with excellent amenities. All the toiletries one could hope for, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and eating in. The patio is so refreshing. The view is incredible and the privacy is so convenient. Close to food, shopping etc. would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Coachella Valley.

Desert oasis away from the hustle and bustle, but within reach.

This home is located in a safe gated golf course community. It was well stocked, clean, very comfortable, and smelled good too. Private pool, nice outdoor living patio facing the western mountains, and yes, it backs onto a road as others have mentioned, but the home is elevated, several feet away from the road, has a privacy wall which deflects sound, and a water feature which covers the sound of an occasional vehicle passing by. We found it easy to ignore. Loads of extras, amenities to enjoy, both in the home and community. We would choose it again!

Private pool with a view!

The property was immaculate upon entry and we were very surprised to have wonderful mountain views from the back patio/pool area! The owners have a well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/baking sheets, etc. as well as plenty of pool towels, pool noodles and some tubes. Others have commented about the home backing up to a main road - we did not find that this impeded our level of enjoyment - if anything, we liked it better! There were no homes blocking the beautiful views! There is a little 'waterfall' from the hottub to the pool which drowns out some car sounds and the only time it was somewhat noticeable was at night when we were hanging out on the very comfortable outdoor couches. Andrew, the owner, was very responsive and helpful, answering all questions and providing suggestions for restaurants. Overall, this has to be one of my favorite properties that we have vacationed at and would highly recommend to anyone. Our kids (age 7 and 5) played in the private pool from sun up to sun down and were happy and worn out by the end of every day. The private pool life is the life to lead!

Better than a Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is exactly as it's pictured in the photos, if not better. It's beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The private pool and spa were luxurious. Working with Drew was great! We didn't want to leave, and we will definitely be back!

Quiet, comfortable getaway.

Had a great stay at this place in Indio. The house was very nice and comfortable, and the host was helpful and quick to respond to any question or concerns.. Neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. The back yard and pool were super relaxing and offer an incredible view of the mountains. Also, easily the most comfortable bed I have slept in using VRBO! Would definitely stay again and recommend.
