If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for both accepting and refunding payments.

Welcome to Desert Lakes, a beautiful two-story getaway perched on the edge of the tranquil lake in the heart of Terra Lago. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable moments, perfect for families, friends, and special gatherings.

Step inside to find expansive living spaces filled with natural light and stylish touches. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with high-end appliances, sleek stone countertops, and all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Gather around the large dining table or unwind in the cozy living area with a massive Smart TV for movie nights.

This home sleeps up to 12 guests; There are 5 beds provided plus 2 couches. Additional bedding (there is an air mattress on site)

The home includes parking for up to 4 standard-sized vehicles in the garage and driveway. Please note: oversized vehicles or street parking are not permitted due to HOA regulations, violations may result in fines.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire home and all its wonderful amenities.

IMPORTANT: You are not permitted to use the lake. This regulation is set by the Homeowners Association (HOA), and it applies to all guests.

*If for any reason the home owners are fined for breaking this rule (or any rule set by the HOA) the guests will be responsible for payment.

We are available for guest questions between 8am - 10pm PST.

Please Note: Kayaks are available for guest use and must be handled with care. All guests must wear life jackets at all times while using the kayaks. For your safety, jumping out of the kayak to swim in the lake is strictly prohibited. After use, please return the kayaks to the garage to keep them safe and secure.

Other things to note:

Pool cleaners come every Monday and Thursday to clean the pool, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay.

We kindly ask you to keep in mind that you are staying in a residential property rather than a hotel. If you encounter any issues or concerns during your stay, please notify us right away, and we will do our best to address them as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring your experience is pleasant and enjoyable.

If you have more than 8 guests, there will be $20 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 12 guests at any time

- all guests are required to sign an outside rental agreement

-we require the full name of each driver, along with the make and model of every vehicle prior to arrival. Valid photo IDs must be presented for all drivers.

-During festival dates, IDs are required for all guests staying at the property.

- $500 refundable deposit if you are a guest with no review or less than 4 star average.

- PARKING: NO STREET PARKING AT ALL. We have room for up to 3 vehicles, A 4th car is possible , we just need to know 48 hrs in advance.

*PLEASE NOTE*: We cannot except any oversized vehicles or any vehicles that cannot fit either in the garage or driveway, if you park on the street (any size vehicle), you may be fined by the HOA and you will ultimately be responsible to pay these fines.

- All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

- POOL & SPA HEAT: The pool and hot tub share the same body of water, If you’d like the pool or spa heated, there is a $85/day heating fee. For stays of 28 days or longer, we will collect a refundable deposit instead of charging daily.

Once the fee is paid, the pool will be heated to 85°F upon arrival. If you’d like to enjoy hotter temperatures, simply press the button on the control panel and the water can heat up to 100°F.

For safety, please stay out of the basin beneath the infinity pool — it is not for swimming, and we will be held harmless for any injury resulting from misuse.

-For guests with no reviews, we do require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be refunded after your stay and once we have determined that all the house rules were followed and nothing was damaged during your stay.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.

-We have a pool cleaner that comes twice a week.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

HOA Rules & Fines
Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.
