A special space for the primary guests in your group, the main bedroom opens up into a large ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms are just as lovely, all cooled by central air and ceiling fans. The interior perks don't end there! Also inside, you'll discover a gas fireplace, a DVD player, and internet access.

Outside, a gas grill is available for evening cookouts, whereas the community boasts both a pool, hot tub, and on-site golf course.

Known for its world-renowned golf courses and music venues, Indio is an entertainer's hotspot! Minutes from your stay, explore the Coachella Valley History Museum, Heritage Palms Golf Club, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
