KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with new upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with various gadgets and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The white and bright kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing by the poolside. The large pool and oversize spa are newly constructed, with all new patio furniture, gas BBQ and charcoal grill. From breezy swings to a spacious conversation set, to an extra comfortable daybed, with 7 chaise loungers to pick from when on your tan and relaxation and an eight seater outdoor dining overlooking the pool, will make outdoor living a pure enjoyment.
The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring.

POOL|SPA:
Salt Water Pool: $100/daily fee to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. Also, this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Mondays and Thursdays.

GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also features corn hole, pool floaties, various balls and ample board games (over a dozen + card & drinking games) and the volleyball net over the swimming pool for all your entertainment needs. (Volleyball net is located in the garage and those guests that wish to use it, can easily set it up for their stay).

BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 5 bedrooms are ready with linens, plush bedding and higher end mattresses for your comfortable stay. Each of the 3 full bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and in each bedroom, except the queen room by the primary. We could not put one up there as closet is across the bed, know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. They are smart tvs, so all your have to log n is your apps and you are set. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included complementary.

This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 5/ 1 Queen

We have queen blow up mattress, we also have 2 single rollaway beds available for your convenience. Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.

Child Travel Items:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 3 in the driveway and 1 along the property on the street and 2 straight across the property by the fence line of the cul-de-sac (please inquire if unsure). Please do not block the sidewalk when parking in the large driveway as city has a right to issue a fine. Also, please do not park beside neighboring properties.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

MUSIC: Cell phone/laptop level music up to 50 dcbl on the property line is allowed by the City of Indio. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, minimum noise is allowed during those hours. If you use the pool or spa during those hours, please limit the noise and for louder chatting or enjoyment, please take it inside.

PLEASE READ:
Cell phone/laptop level music between 8am and 9pm weekday and 10pm weekend (Fri+Sat) up to 50 dcbl on the property line is allowed by the City of Indio. Music limits and quiet hours are enforced by the city code enforcement and we ask you kindly to adhere to them in order to have a full enjoyment of the property without interruptions, have a pleasant experience and respecting community around you.
Please note, we have properties on large acreages outside of the city, where reasonably amplified music can be played and have a total of 40 other properties in the area, that has different ordinances and will accommodate you accordingly. Please inquire.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! There is a $75 non refundable fee for the first pets stay and $25 non refundable fee for each additional pet.
We will collect this fee after booking is completed.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Items left behind after check out are not our responsibility. You are welcome to come back to the home, if convenient and no guests in the home, to retrieve. We will do our best to return your items to you, as we do our shipping twice a month. The 1st and the 15th. Shipping costs are passed on to the guest.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable.


CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
