Ontspan in onze heldere, lichte en bijgewerkte woning op de golfbaan met privé zwembad met zout water! Wij zijn gevestigd in de prachtige Indian Palms Country Club, in het zuiden van Indio. Casa Cool ligt op slechts een korte wandeling naar het festivalterrein op de Indio Polo Fields.

De Country Club is in resort-stijl wonen met alle voorzieningen, waaronder 24 holes golf, toegang tot drie zwembaden en spa, tennisbanen, augurkbalvelden, een fitnesscentrum, yogalessen en een restaurant. Deze open plattegrond heeft 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een slaapbank en is een perfect huis om te ontspannen bij het zwembad, vrienden te vermaken of gewoon lekker te slapen na een wandeling in de woestijn of het bijwonen van een van de vele lokale sportevenementen of festivals .

Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed; 2e slaapkamer en slaapbank zijn beide Queen size. Badkamers zijn volledig gevuld. Volledige keuken met alle keukengerei, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, kookgerei, eettafel. Wasruimte met wasmachine en droger, strijkplank en strijkijzer. Achtertuin heeft terrasstoelen, ligstoelen, stoelen en kalmerende waterpartijen in het zwembad. Volledige wifi en gebruik van printer indien nodig. Geschikt voor maximaal 6

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay in Sonja and Michael's home. Some mountain view, nice greenery and plenty of sun in the back yard near the pool were all very welcome. The house is well equipped and very clean. Neighborhood is nice for walks, and has friendly people. Lots of privacy. We enjoyed exploring the southeast end of the Coachella Valley.

Lovely sunny home with pool

This is a lovely, sunny home in a golf course community. The home which backs to a golf course has a cute small pool and views of the nearby mountains. There is access to the neighborhood clubhouse including weights, pool, pickelball and bocce ball. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Without reservation, we would highly recommend a stay in your beautiful home. The quality of the kitchen and laundry appliances far exceeded our expectations. The towels, sheets and blankets were plentiful and of good quality. The security staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the location in the middle of the gated development. In particular, at night we felt safe and secure. The neighbours were friendly …but..afforded us the privacy we enjoyed throughout our extended stay. Sonja..you are are an accomplished artist and we appreciated knowing you through your art. The TVs and internet all worked seamlessly. You fabulous pool was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the fact that the development has three nine-hole golf courses, water aerobic classes, tennis & pickle-ball courts and a full exercise gym (weight equipment etc..) Wanted a relaxing weekend away by a pool, and got exactly that. The pool is perfect for those looking to lounge about, with all the extras you would need (grill, loungers, table/chairs, etc.). The home was very clean and well supplied. The owner was very easy to communicate with and extremely hospitable. The backyard pool was the perfect size for us and our guests to relax and visit while providing a nice view of the golf course.. The home was well appointed and tastefully decorated.
