Located on a small cul de sac overlooking the signature hole at Indian Springs Golf Course, this gorgeous, former-model home has been fully upgraded throughout to ensure the utmost comfort for your stay. Inside, you'll find a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with built-in GE appliances, a double oven, wine chiller, granite tile countertops, maple cabinets, and a walk-in pantry. Dine together at the adjacent table or in the formal dining area. And switch on the wall-mounted TV for movie nights in the comfortably-furnished living area complete with a gas fireplace. Outside, relax in your private, Pebble Tec, saline pool and pool spa, or just gather together for meals or lazy afternoons on the covered, furnished patio complete with a gas heater and misting system.

This home is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and a number of activities in the La Quinta area of greater Palm Springs. If you're looking for live entertainment, the legendary Stagecoach and Coachella music festivals are held on the grounds of the Empire Polo Club, just a little over four miles away. Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is just six miles from this home if you want to try your luck at some adult gaming. And don't forget to bring your clubs and book your spot on any of the many golf courses in the area.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
