*City of Indio Ordinance: No one under the age of 21 shall be permitted to book a property. The property rental age preference is 25 and over. Qualified booking guest ages 21-24 will be accepted if booking with parents and or a 25 y/o group member willing to co-sign the rental agreement. Booking guest under 25 y/o may be subject to a higher deposit amount and/or property damage insurance may be required ).

*The All-Inclusive rate applies to a group of 10 and includes the following only; Pool Heating at 80' F, Spa Heating , Fire Pit use, Fire Place, BBQ and free parking. For your convenience, we also provide the following; Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Clothes, Pool Towels, Make-up Removal wash clothes, Bed Linens (except for baby crib), Bath Mats, Hand Liquid Soap, Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash, Dish Pods, Laundry Pods, Dryer Sheets. 3 Rolls of TP per Bathroom, 1 Kitchen Paper Towel Roll, Kitchen Towels, Cooking + Dining Wares, Salt & Pepper & Cooking Oil. *Please note these items are to get you started and on short stays it will be suffice. *Additional Guest: Posted Rates are based on a occupancy of 10 guest. Additional guest fees apply over 10 guest up to our maximum permitted occupancy. Changes to occupancy after bookings which exceed our base rate will be adjusted accordingly.

*Pets accepted with pre-approvals only. The following rules will apply: 25 lbs or smaller only, $250 Per Pet fee, $500 Per Pet Deposit & a Pet Agreement must be signed.

Rental Agreement and Rules:
Guest must sign a rental agreement and provide pictures of legal identification card (DL) and credit card for identity confirmation prior to checking in. The following are items covered in agreement.

* No extra day visitors are permitted on property. Only booked registered guests may enter and use property.
* BBQ: We provide a natural-gas flat sheet BLACKSTONE BBQ. Guests are permitted to bring their own Charcoal and use on our BBQ. Guest are not permitted bring along any type of personal charcoal BBQ or other type of BBQ for personal use within the property.
*Pets permitted with pre-approval only. Per pet fee applies. Two Pet Max. Pets size limit to 25 lbs or under.

* Refundable Security Deposits will be collected after booking. The deposit amounts are based on group sizes and other booking details present during your stay. Minimum deposit amount is $2,000. Please inquire for further details should your booking exceed our normal stay booking terms as higher deposits will be required. If booking platform provides a guest/host damage insurance policy or damage program, the deposit requirements may be waived or transitioned to a cc hold.
