'The stay was comfortable and the room was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one additional day and neither the reception nor the Duty Manager could help me. It was quite odd as every other similar hotel would have simply added the additional day and closed it.
I finally got it done through an online aggregator and my stay was seamlessly extended in the same room. Left me wondering what the issue was in the first place.
I wish they had done a better job with this aspect.

There was some construction noise from across the street while I was there, but when that's done it will be super quiet. Would definitely recommend!'

'I only stayed the night in this hotel but it was great! A have. Of peace and tranquility in this busy city. The hotel bar is romanticly lit by candles in the garden. Great coctails and snacks after a hectic journey from Mysore. The rooms are clasic and modern at the same time: wood and clasic Indian furniture, but also an Ipad to control the room lights, tv and order room service. Minus: the bath is to small for Westerners (shower is great though) and you have to pay after 30 min for internet...
