'Dit hotel is vooral een echt casinohotel, en dat merk je aan alles. De kamers zijn prima, de bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn veel horeca mogelijkheden in het hotel. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. In het casino mag nog gerookt worden. Bah! Dat zijn wij niet meer gewend. Maar goed, we hoefde er ook eigenlijk niet te zijn. Verder gewoon een aardig hotel voor onderweg, verwacht niets bijzonders maar het is er in ieder geval schoon en stil.'

'I had reserved a king bed hotel room, and with no notification from the hotel, was given a 2 bed standard room. When I inquired about this at the desk, I wasn't given a good reason for the change or why no notification to me was made. Just that they changed it in the system and there was not any king beds actually available. Other than this, we did enjoy the pool.'

'There were holes in the wall plugged with grocery bags. There wasn't a phone. No box spring, just a mattress and metal frame. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand towels or washclothes. Just 2 bath towels. 1 bar of soap for 2 sinks and a shower. Also weirdly 3 outlets by a mirror.'

'Very dirty, bugs all over, very poorly maintained, security doors to the hotel had the locks broken so anyone could walk in. The adjoining door between rooms was duct taped closed. We didn't stay for our 2nd booked night but found a cleaner hotel close by.'

'Was filthy and nothing washed. And everything was either broken or falling apart. '

'The property is in bad shape. Hallways, rooms, and lobby are all dirty. We at least were able to switch from one room that smelled like damp musky pets to a one just a little better. AC units did a poor job to keep the room at even 70 when cranked all the way up. Showers took 10 mins to give warm water both days. Garbage all over the outside. Took one look at breakfast and turned around. Wish I could get my money back.'

'We didnt even stay there because of smell and there was electric outlet without a cover on. Exposed wires and 2 year old doesn't match.'

'Clean hotel, Kind staff. Hairdryer and TV did not work, I had a room next to a machine room, which was not ideal with a lot of noise during the night. '

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'
