'Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and...

'My son isn’t an early breakfast eater but when was he was hungry for breakfast we went down they were cleaning up for closing. We were informed about pool times closing when checking in but not breakfast time closings would have been nice to know to have made sure to be down earlier I thought it would close by 10:00am but other than that it was fine.'

'Room was awful. Very dirty and mold everywhere. Pot smokers outside our room was terrible. There was quite a gap in the door, so we smelled it all night. We won't ever go back there again. '

'So i will say this hotel has a strange layout. The hotel lobby is squished in with the tuscan kitchen restaurant , people coming in restaurant sit around the lobby, so no room for hotel guest to sit by the fire place , Just stayed for one night , and its not great time of year, so cant speak for the amenities, but would of been nice to sit in the lobby by the fire place. Room was ok , bathroom is upscale nice , sheets were horrible, cheap scratchy, that just ruined it for me. '

'They did not have my reservation. Check in took about 40 minutes. Desk personnel’s key would not work so she had to climb over her counter. Police arrived due to someone calling 911-staff was indifferent and bothered by this. No washcloths. This location is NOT the Methuen Conference Center anymore. They have blue tape covering all emblems and logos that I say that. Staff said that it is a Days Inn. I would not have booked there had I known. '

'We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar.
