'Staff are friendly and helpful. The room service food was amazing!! Best I have ever had we had the ribeye 2x in a row with there fried chicken and fries meal. Room comes with a couple free beverages. Be prepared to bring your own toothbrush and do paint as they are not complementary nor do they offer any disposable amenities like hello love I’m writing a review about the hotel.'

'Whenever I arrive at Incheon Airport, this is the hotel I always use. The staff are not just kind — they are professionally kind, with a level of service that feels truly polished. The room is so cozy and comfortable that it feels like my own room, and the bedding is crisp, soft, and incredibly relaxing. The water pressure is strong, which makes showering especially pleasant. 'The perfect location to stay if you are travelling by plane. It is a 15 minute drive from and to both terminal 1 and 2. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Also the perfect location for planespotters like I am. You will have an amazing time if you choose the room with runway view.
There is also a free shuttle bus available which made it very easy to get to the airport :)'
