'Great un assumed hotel, great friendly and helpful staff, that’s a breath of fresh air to the inconsistent service common in São Paulo. Rooms are large, a bit on the old side but well maintained. Room service lacks variety and restaurant staff did not speak English (what’s with that being an international hotel!?) The staff will have me coming back over and over!'
