'The property is located on a very busy street with little to no chance of pulling over and waiting for private gate to open. The in and out privileges were a bit difficult. But the staff and space were nice.'

'Hotel is gelegen op het terrein van het ziekenhuis. Goede parkeergelegenheid (vraag het hotel om de uitrijkaart). Zonder GPS wat moeilijk te vinden. Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. Cuicuilco. Uitstekend voor 1 nacht als je in die omgeving moet zijn. Zeer comfortabel. Grote schone kamer. Fijn bed met goed dekbed. De tegenwoordig veelgebruikte nare fleecedeken was gelukkig afwezig.'

'It’s a nice small room for your purpose.. they are nice they don’t answer phone calls or emails but while there it’s good .. it smaller then what the pictures make it look'

'The Travelers are too disruptive !!!!!!! There are no compliance with night hours and sleep time is completely interrupted. We could not sleep 7 out of 9 nights, continuing traffic and rooms are small. Not staff enough skilled or experienced.'

'Pésima atención, muy grosera y déspota la señora de la recepción, además de que se la pasaba en su celular a un costado de “su oficina”. No había agua caliente, dos controles remotos para la TV quebrados u sin pila, era necesario usar los botones de la pantalla, no había a quien pedirle una plancha y para cerrar, me tocó una habitación sumamente ruidosa. Experiencia terrible!!!!'

'Se promocionan como un hotel, cuando en realidad es un motel, son publicidad engañosa, mi idea era estar cerca del estadio con mi familia y o sorpresa llegué y era un motel cualquiera, con precio carísimo de 5 estrellas'

'Kamer grensde aan een drukke verkeersweg, hels lawaai dag en nacht. Wifi was heel slecht en veel steeds uit, waardoor ik veel data moest gebruiken. De föhn was stuk en ging uit zichzelf aan en uit tot roodgloeiend aan toe. Duurde heel lang voordat het verholpen werd. Zwarte schimmel in de badkamer en een vieze stank. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk en konden er ook niet zoveel mee.'

'The staff was helpful and location was great. However the room was near the breakfast area and I could hear all the chatter and commotion. The other downside is that you have to buzz in every time you come into the property. It felt tedious to do it all the time and should have a more user friendly approach, such as keys or a tap card.'

'Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region.'

'Super friendly staff. Went to drop our bags so that we wouldn’t have to carry them around the city, and they let me check in at 8 am. Super clean. Near coyoacan market. But no so near that it is quiet. Will return for sure'
