After I booked a Superior Room through your webpage I was a little uncertain what to expect after reading the reviews but I must say I can highly recommendend booking this hotel for a family stay in a superior room. The room is spacious and clean, poolview with a private balcony. In case of cloudy weather there is a game room for the children and also a big playground outside. 'Stayed here for a wedding at a nearby hotel. Good value for money . Staff were nice . Felt safe . Easy to get taxis around town. I’d have paid more for a fridge in the room. Clean. '

'There are not enough adequate words to describe our incredible stay at Las Casas!! we were a group of parents, traveling to Cuernavaca for the first time.
