'From check in to check out the staff has been helpful and excellent. Room was cleaned and made up every day. All basic amenities you’d expect were there plus water bottles. Comfortable king bed with king pillows. Sunrise was early so black out drapes were appreciated. We were right in the center of Casco Veijo and had easy walks to every thing on the area tours. 'This was my first visit to Panama, along with my husband. The front desk staff were excellent and so helpful. I can't speak enough about how great they were. I almost hated to leave. Overall, the hotel was very clean but like others said, the AC was a bit noisy, but it didn't prevent us from sleeping soundly. The shower door didn't close all the day which led some of the water to spill out onto the floor. Having no elevator caused us to struggle walking up to the top floor carrying groceries,...

'Beautiful accomodation at a very good location. Reception staff was very helpfull. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were hard to find and we had to wait very long for everything we ordered. E.g we waited more than 15minutes to get a cup of tea. The rooms were cleaned daily. However, the heads of the bed were very dusty. We had to catch an early flight and it was a bit of a negotiation to get breakfast. The only hand out breakfastpackages with ham sandwiches. Asking for different...

'The place was super roomy and stylish. AC was the quietest we've had. The key for the front door took a little bit of practice to figure out. One of the balcony doors didn't lock. The elevator had a very overpowering air freshener that we did not enjoy. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.'

'I arrived late in the evening and checked into this charming apartment, but unfortunately discovered the the water had been shut off (no fault of the owner). I contacted the property manager and they immediately moved me to another location that was nearby and completely comfortable. Even though I didn't get to stay in this particular spot, I was very impressed with the service and I enjoyed my stay. '
