'We hadden een geweldig verblijf. Het hotel en de kamers zijn schitterend, de spa is geweldig en het ontbijt is ook super! Kan het alleen maar aanraden!'

'The property is super comfortable, clean and maintained. My interactions with the staff were all warm and cordial. The apartment was cleaned everyday, and the provided ameneties were also excellent. We could make full use of all cutlery, utensils, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony of our apartment gave us an excellent view of Harder Klum and the funicular. The location of the property is also excellent, being right next to the station, making it easy to just hop on to buses and...

'Vriendelijk personeel Goede uitleg over omgeving wat te doen. Schone kamers Vlak bij treinstation Eind van de middag toen ik terug kwam in hotel De koffers waren al naar kamer gebracht Wat een net gebaar. '

'Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. The included breakfast had a good mixture of items. The room was spacious and had a good sized sitting area as well as plenty of room to store your clothes and luggage. Water bottles,...

'The staff were very helpful during our stay, especially when they provided us with a portable heater while the hotel’s heating system was unavailable or not functioning properly. We really appreciated their assistance. One piece of constructive feedback would be regarding the breakfast dress code. I believe the hotel should clearly communicate any strict dress code requirements during check-in or provide written instructions in the room, similar to the information provided for the spa. We...

'There was some bug and spider inside the apartment and cleaning must be free every two days and not to be optional with fees it may cause problems to the tenants and changing towels is not enough as a service. Hopefully you take my concerns into consideration.'

'Fantastisch net en modern hotel. sanitair etc heel erg netjes, en inc airco'

'Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to the Interlaken West train terminal and downtown Interlaken. The room was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. Plenty to do nearby — I had the best chai latte of my life at the cafe across the street.'

'Hele leuke personeel, kamers waren schoon en locatie was top!'

'Location is great but don’t expect too much. Very expensive for the value you get, run down carpets, small and dated room with hardly any amenities. Shower in small bath tub with a shower head reaching up to half of my height. From the 7 hotels we’ve visited across Switzerland, one of the most expensive but underwhelming experiences.'
