Second time I am staying here in a year on visiting Nigeria.
Great experience, lovely menu, reception staff need improving attitude (but that's a management issue), very comfortable rooms.
Breakfast menu also needs upgrading.

'Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent food options. Buffet breakfast and dinner had an international flairn which we served in the main dining room daily. There were also 4 optional dining options
2 restaurants and a cafe and a bar /dining by the pool side. The bed was very comfortable. I looked forward to getting in bed in the evenings. It was not just a hotel, it had a resort feel to it. If I should visit Abuja again, I would stay there again. '

My flight in was delayed and by the time I arrived at the hotel, my room key was ready and I was able to go straight to my room. The room was in good condition and as comfortable as I remembered. The maintenance issues that led me to stop staying here appeared to have been addressed.'

'Beautiful property. Reasonably clean. Although I ordered food, it was a mess. Their kettle in the room looked super rusty , couldn’t even boil water to make myself a hot drink. Otherwise facility is clean. The staff are polite but the food is terrible for those prices. I also realised the menu was exaggerated . The food didn’t come with most of what was described in it. '

'There was no running water for the first 24h. This is really bad. It was already known before yhe checkin but the reception did not warn about it. The breakfast was extremely Nigerian, could not eat anything since too spicy.'

As far as the hotel, I had a few issues with the plumbing, which the management did everything in their power to correct. On occasion the the cable & wifi wasn’t working to well but again, the staff was very accommodating! Awesome job!!'

'Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. Breakfasts are lower end in quality - think cheap airline meal. Sounds like I have complaints but as a place to put my head down I wouldn't object to staying here again. Staff...
