'Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience....

My only complaint for a not 5 star was that there were slightly large bugs in our room, not on the bed but on the floor, I’m only assuming since it’s dark with the solar lighting. Other than that this place was absolutely stunning and I will be returning!'

'Would not recommend booking here. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, which is already quite late for a hotel stay. I received access information at 3:50 PM, but then at 4:16 PM, 16 minutes after check-in time, I received another message telling me to disregard the check-in details because the room would not be ready until 5:30 PM. I had no advance notice, and this created a major inconvenience as I had an event at 6:00 PM and needed access to the room to get ready. When I finally got into...

'Great location, walkable attractions, and incredible food, with excellent hospitality. My only complaint was a transportation issue that caused us to miss our first day of check-in. I was in contact with the hotel directly but received no response, so when we arrived, they gave up our room. This was eventually corrected, but I would like a credit for that day or a refund. Housekeeping was another issue— we didn’t see housekeeping until checkout, and towels and washcloths took hours to receive.'

'De kamer was prima en goed voorzien van spullen om een paar dagen te verblijven. Het was zelfs mogelijk om te koken. Het douche gordijn zag er smerig uit met gele vlekken. De uitstraling aan de buitenkant van het hotel en de entree zag er erg onverzorgd uit waardoor ik me in het begin niet echt op mijn gemak voelde. De locatie was prima, op loopafstand van shuttlebus naar vliegveld en naar metro voor gratis vervoer binnen Detroit centrum maar het was ook prima te lopen naar het centrum....
