'The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

'Het was een centraal gelegen en prima plek! De kamer en badkamer waren schoon, een enorm groot bed met goed matras. Enigszins lawaai van de nabij gelegen drukke weg en er is geen buiten waar je kunt zitten. Maar voor prettige overnachting helemaal goed.'

'Ontbijt'

'We had plenty of room which was great. The AC could be a little better, or a fan in the room. The hotel is older and it shows.'

'Personeel zonder meer perfect ! Het ontbijt goed verzorgd, maar werd de tweede dag van ons verblijf bijna niet aangevuld (bvb. boterhammen om te toasten : 2 per keer na het te vragen). Voldoende parkeerruimte. Schone kamer. Spijtig genoeg geen kleine(re) lampen aan de nachttafels. De voegen van het bad in de badkamer oogden zeer goedkoop en zeer vlug aangebracht : niet zeer netjes ...'

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...

'Both Expedia and the Hotel need to be explicit about exactly when the airport shuttle runs. I booked a room at this hotel at a higher rate on the expectation that because it included an airport shuttle (rare for Santa Fe) it could get me there by 6:30am. It turns out the hotel's airport shuttle doesn't start running until 9am, so I paid an extra $60 for a car service to get me there at 6:30am. Truth in advertising, people! Tell us >exactly< what your services are and when they're available,...

'Standard Motel 6, basic but adequate. Good shower. Walls are not exactly soundproof'

'Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast'

'Lovely stay and great breakfast Nice cookies too'

'What a charming place…. Very well-appointed and comfortable… warm and friendly hosts, luscious and diverse breakfasts… I’ll definitely be back!!'

'Good breakfast'

'The staff were amazing and the location was wonderful, but our room had a few noticeable quirks. The layout was a bit unusual, as the handwashing sink was located outside the bathroom, requiring us to walk across the bedroom after using the restroom. While the bedsheets, towels, shower, and sinks were impeccably clean, there was still some dust on a few surfaces. Breakfast was generally good, though the coffee was quite disappointing. Finally, we had a minor privacy issue: our room featured a...
