Welcome to our warm and inviting Bartlett family chalet, nestled on a beautiful ½-acre corner lot in one of the Mount Washington Valley’s most charming neighborhoods. Surrounded by towering pines, mountain views, and fresh alpine air, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything summer in the White Mountains has to offer.

The bright and airy great room is the heart of the home, featuring soaring cathedral ceilings, original crank-out windows, and an oversized sectional that's perfect for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring. Two mini-split air conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout the chalet keep the space cool and comfortable on warm summer days, while the propane stove adds cozy charm for cooler mountain evenings.

Need a quiet moment? Head up to the loft reading nook, settle into the classic wooden rocking chair, and enjoy a good book overlooking the trees.

The chalet comfortably sleeps families and groups with a first-floor primary bedroom featuring a queen bed, a second bedroom with three built-in twin bunk beds, and a sectional sofa that converts to a full-size bed. A foam topper, air mattress, and pump are also available for additional guests.

The remodeled eat-in kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A large farmhouse table provides plenty of room for everyone to gather, whether you're enjoying breakfast before an adventure or sharing dinner after a day outdoors.

Step outside to the oversized deck for morning coffee, afternoon grilling, or evening cocktails surrounded by the sounds of nature. The deck leads to a level, tiered backyard bordered by mature trees and historic stone walls, where you can gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and enjoy star-filled mountain skies. And don't be surprised if a family of deer wanders by to join you for dinner—or at least admire the view. With ample parking and expansive outdoor space, it's the perfect setting for carefree summer days and unforgettable mountain evenings.
