Bay Tree Cottage is een huis met twee slaapkamers en een extra vrijstaande studio aan de achterzijde van de patio.  De gehele woning werd grondig gerenoveerd van boven naar beneden in 2016, en is nu open voor de gasten om te genieten van begin in januari 2017.  De master bedroom heeft een Queen bed en een eigen balkon ligt op de heuvel met een prachtig uitzicht op de bomen en de vallei.  De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden.  In de keuken vindt u alles wat u nodig hebt, inclusief koffie, thee, honing / suiker, olijfolie, kruiden (we de lijn bij crème te trekken, je bent op je eigen daar) te vinden, en alle koken instrumenten die je zou willen.




De woonkamer heeft een werkende open haard (haardblokken aanwezig), tv / kabel, wifi, spelletjes, boeken, en uitzicht op de glooiende heuvels over Tomales Bay.




The Shed (de achterzijde studio) heeft een queen bed, een kitchenette en een glazen badkamer met douche.




Op het achterdek is een mooie Weber gas grill (hardlined onze propaantank), picknicktafel, en genoeg ruimte om rond te hangen, lay-out, rondrennen, noem maar op.  Er is ook een bonus outdoor speelkamer met een nieuwe tafeltennistafel en regelgeving dart kabinet.




We maken gebruik van professionele schoonmakers, die gebruik maken van "groene" schoonmaakmiddelen.




U zult genieten van de top notch faciliteiten, zoals EO zepen en Coyuchi linnengoed, evenals de aandacht voor detail, zorg en onderhoud. 




U kunt door de wijk lopen naar de stad Inverness in ongeveer 10 minuten, een zeer aangename wandeling.  Op slechts 2 minuten rijden is Chicken Ranch Beach, evenals Blue Water Kayak verhuur, de boot jachthaven en het restaurant.




Dit huis is in een rustige afgelegen wijk, en uit respect voor onze buren, vragen we dat buiten lawaai in het donker tot een minimum worden beperkt.  Geen partijen.  Buiten de gasten zijn beperkt tot 4 zonder voorafgaande toestemming. ��Als u op zoek bent naar een feestje, neem dan contact met mij, want ik heb andere huizen die meer geschikt zijn.

You know a place is perfect when 4 crabby old folks can’t find a single thing to complain about. This place is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Everything works well and is comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and all the lovely outdoor areas. When we were there, the garden was in its glory. The restaurant advice you provided was very helpful. Not a single disappoint morsel.Really a perfect retreat.Thank you.

The house is comfortable; we especially liked the detached cottage since we were grandparents with a 2-year-old. We could retreat there when tired. Kitchen was well-equipped- we even baked Xmas cookies. Views of Tomales Bay were great and, in the early a.m. we could see deer near the garage feasting on the trees and plants. A convenient location with lots of privacy.

The house was as described, completely comfortable and well appointed for our small group. Highly functional and modern kitchen, nice living room with comfortable seating, decent beds, pretty bathroom. The guest cottage was adorable and beautiful. Great outdoor spaces. We were a party of 6 family members. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously. The property is absolutely beautiful and it is set in a gorgeous, serene, and quiet location. It is equipped as one’s home (as opposed a rental). Extremely well stocked and beautifully decorated and designed. The property is also impeccably clean which we all greatly appreciated. Having two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom + bathroom + kitchenette in the guest house worked beautifully for us. The views of the Tomales Bay from the main deck are gorgeous particularly at sunset. The host provided amazing amount of information about the property and the surrounding area which was super helpful. We greatly appreciated everything about this property and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend it.

We rented this home for 3 couples for a 3 night long weekend. All the information and photos are very accurate. The home is lovely and the setting is amazing! Unfortunately there was a problem with the oven but they tried their hardest to get it resolved for us. Luckily they have a quality barbecue so we just cooked everything in it or on the stovetop. The home is so comfortable which made for a very relaxing trip. Super comfortable beds and linens. Comfortable chairs in the family room were so nice in front of the fireplace. We cooked all our meals so didn’t try any local restaurants. We did stop at Lagunitas on the way over and did buy oysters from Hog Island. Both great stops. The Tomales Point Trail was amazing! Saw lots of elk, a coyote and a bobcat. The cliff views at the end are outstanding. I would highly recommend this home. It’s such a wonderful area to visit and explore and this is a great place to stay.

Very roomy, well-stocked kitchen large enough that 4 of us could dance around while preparing meals. Having the "shed" was extra cool! Unfortunately, we couldn't figure out how to use the oven, but somehow we survived. Had a wonderful time exploring Point Reyes National Seashore, Point Reyes Station. Lots of ideas for things to do in the area. A great place to spend some time enjoying this beautiful part of the country.

This cottage is clean, fresh and well appointed. We enjoyed the deck, the patio, the garden, the fireplace and the terrific kitchen and bathrooms. The adjacent cottage worked perfectly for the 2nd couple in our party-gave us all lots of room and privacy. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at the newly refurbished house and guest house. We were very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. If we needed to contact the property manager while at the rental, there is a free land-line telephone; our cell phones did not work. There was a good Wi-Fi connection. No TV, but we didn't need it. (However my grandson streamed a football game onto his laptop computer using Wi-Fi.) We spent much of our days exploring the Pt. Reyes peninsula and its beaches. The grocery store in Inverness Park is nearby with a car. Point Reyes Station has a larger market about 15 minutes away. We ate at one of the local restaurants, and enjoyed the good food and casual dining. The house is delightful in its woodsy setting. Good morning sun on the back patio dining table, with a ready to use gas grill/bar-b-q. A front deck to sit relaxing or to eat on with a panoramic view of the bay waters and landscapes beyond, about 1/2 mile distant to the water. Quiet and peaceful in the forest on 3 sides and no other houses nearby. There is parking for 3 cars, we had 2. We enjoyed this retreat, it was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and absolutely loved the area. There is so much to do and see that we all want to come back- pony trekking, hiking through the redwoods and elephant seals were among the highlights. The cottage was the perfect place to come back to and relax with the kids while taking in the amazing views. We had everything we needed and more!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Bay Tree Cottage - it was clean and comfortable with breathtaking views! The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was perfect for playing games and the studio out back was handy for when a couple of us older ones wanted to go to bed and because of the great layout of the cottage/studio, the more youthful ones of our group were able to continue on with their fun inside and not disturb anyone! We had some ants visit us in the studio, so we made a phone call to which the response was quick and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our family with two kids 8 & 11 and my mother 68 stayed here in early Nov. First the view is amazing of surrounding countryside from the deck. The kitchen has high end appliances and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable with high end sheets. The whole family played table tennis on the ping pong table. The courtyard is quaint with about 20 resident hummingbirds and lots of honeybees gathering pollen in the beautifully done landscape that make a great show in the late mornings. It's amazingly quiet and dark at night. A huge plus was a strong wifi signal. Note there was no cell phone signal for Verizon, AT&T or Spring service. A few very minor issues kept this from being perfect. The drain in the bath is hard to remove/use. Ant problem in the kitchen but likely comes with being in such a beautiful area. Better lighting along the garden path to get to the doors would help on arrival after dark. We had an issue with outlets that was fixed same day so ownership/management was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental and will plan on renting again in a few years. Outstanding. Thank you The Ireland

We recently spent two nights in the Bay Tree Cottage and had a wonderful time. We were there with our two boys and grandparents. It was the perfect set up for our group; the in laws had the unit in the back and the boys shared a room with two single beds. The house has been beautifully remodeled and has everything one would need to cook or bake. We also very much appreciated the recommendation booklet and I didn’t need to think about what we were going to do so Much :) Will come back soon!

We regularly stay in the Point Reyes area, and particularly enjoyed the location of this property -- so close to the Point Reyes National Park and at the same time, having the feel of being away from it all. Property has clearly been remodeled. Highlight for us was the great kitchen, including all the tools needed to prepare group meals. We also used the grill and picnic area in back. Aaron communicated with us in advance of our stay and when special needs came up - and was responsive throughout. We would certainly return. THANKS
