Property was clean and rooms tidy, okay for a short stay. Bathroom shower wasn’t the best, but was a spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Difficult to find as there was no signage at front of the property. Easy to self check in and out and not far from town centre. Tv only had local channels and not set up for digital viewing with no Netflix for travellers. Kitchen clean and well equipped,

Wonderful location and very nice accommodations. My only issue was the extremely complicated instructions for every aspect of the facility and difficulty in getting things as basic as heat to work. Guests should not need to figure out controls for a boiler!

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. We loved the location and the apartment was spotless - so clean. Despite the busy square, the bedroom was very quiet and we slept great. We wished we stayed another night to take in Inverness and this place. Would stay again!

What a lovely suite in a charming town! It was roomy and immaculate with great views. Situated in a very convenient location, we were able to walk to all locations we needed to. The building is very secure. Parking inductions were very clear and we had no problems. I highly recommend this establishment and it's friendly, helpful staff. I fell in love with Inverness and it's beauty and I look forward to my next stay at Inverness City Suites!

I think you would be hard pushed to find AC in any apartments in Scotland! Unfortunately as the apartments were created within a very old building an elevator was not an option. City centre parking is extremely challenging and we feel this safe car park is the best option and is provided at no additional cost. Regards

Highly recommend this place, if you’re visiting the Highlands with a big group. It was 6 of us, so we were able to spread out in the apartment, rather than be cramped in a hotel room. We also were able to make food and live more like locals. The apartments are near most things you need as a tourist in Inverness.

Communication not great, day before we were set to arrive they send something for the security deposit, then emails kept getting lost. When we arrive the bath with a shower was not even a shower stall or pan, it was the whole bathroom leading to a slippery mess in the shower itself. You would think the “city center” means well, you are in the city center but it doesn’t, if we didn’t have a car we would have been very upset.

The condo was in a quiet neighborhood outside of the downtown Inverness area, yet walkable to downtown. Very clean and easy self check in. Great setup for a family of four, with two bedrooms pull out sofa sleeper, combined washer/dryer, and coffee maker. A couple minor things: the exact address should be provided early in the confirmation email (a taxi driver tried to take us to the more central downtown location), provide at least a few extra rolls of toilet paper (there were none...except for the two that were already hanging in the bathrooms). Other than that, I would stay again.

Beutiful apartment
Beautiful and very comfortable apartment, ideally situated right in the heart of Inverness. Yes Saturday night was a wee bit noisy, but we like to stay out late, so didn't really bother us. Parking in the multistorey was a bit of an issue as both times I left the carpark and used the free exit tickets, supplied by the apartment, both times the barrier didn't open so I had to use the help button. Being asked to wash our own dishes in the dishwasher was the first time we've been asked to do this, in all the places we've ever stayed. Overall we loved Inverness, the people are so friendly, where we stayed was a big part of our experience.

We are sorry to hear the car park ticket barrier was not working correctly; we have reported this to the car park management and hopefully they can resolve the issue. Placing dishes in the dishwasher is quite normal practice, it is a simple and easy task and ensures all items are hygenically cleaned. You would be absolutely horrified at the condition some guests left the kitchens / apartments and rather than charge for this we request the dishwasher is loaded prior to departure.

This place is really good !! This was one of the best places that I have stayed. The place is brand new, their service is awesome. We spent little over a week in UK and stayed in other cities, but this one is excellent ! The apartment is spick-and-span. The amenities so brand new, and the view from the place with the Inverness castle and the Inverness Town Center is the best you can ask for. We would make another trip to Inverness just to stay in this place :).

We overall had a great stay at the Inverness City Suites. We had a large 2-bd apartment for 2 nights. Location was perfect, right in the center of town. The apartment was large and overall comfortable. Great value overall. Parking was a bit of a challenge but free parking appreciated. They have a contract with a garage that is a few blocks away; it requires being in by a certain time but it wasn't a problem for us. We had very little interaction with staff but communication was adequate. It was a little loud given many pubs, but this comes with the territory given location. Everything in the apartment worked great.

We loved our stay at Inverness City Suites, so close to everything, parking in a nearby shopping garage was a breeze and short walk. The apartment was huge, modern and clean, it had everything you could ask for! The stairs might be an issue if you have a lot of bags, but we had help carrying them up..thankyou 👏👍. The property was a 20 minute walk from the city center area. Be prepared to walk if you do not have a vehicle as the taxis are quite limited and I don’t believe Uber services Inverness. The lodging was nice, clean and comfortable.
