Uitzicht op Loch Ness vanuit de eetkamer, loopafstand van de boottocht op Loch Ness, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en ook de netheid van badkamer en slaapkamer, lekker ontbijt, soeveniers winkel daaronder, genoeg parkeerplaatsen. 1 Min punt is dat er geen lift is. voor de rest uitstekend en adembenemend!

Beautiful view
Nice hotel with a beautiful view over Loch Ness. Restaurant food was good and personal was friendly. The giftshop is big, but sometimes stuffed with a lot of tour-bus visitors.

Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk eten!
Prachtig uitzicht op loch ness en schone kamer. Het eten en was heerlijk en vooral het volledige Schotse ontbijt was uitmuntend. Alleen een probleempje bij de check out:direct betalen en dat kon niet via de gegevens die wij eerder gaan doorgegeven. Verder prima!

Geisoleerde ligging
redelijk hotel aan de rand van Loch Ness. Goede service, goed restaurant, maar niet iets van uitzonderlijke klasse. Bovendien geisoleerd gelegen tussen Inverness (16km) en Drumnadrochit (7 km). Als ik de volgende keer weer zou gaan zou ik vermoedelijk een hotel zoeken in Inverness omdat de stad meer heeft voor de toeristen.

Nice location, great view of Loch Ness. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was excellent. Only downside, was in the hall and room, it had a musty smell of dampness that was quite unpleasant. Opening the windows for a while fixed our room, but the hallway was rough.

Die Lage des Hotels am Loch Ness ist wirklich super toll. Wir wurden morgens von den ersten Sonnenstrahlen begrüßt. Das Frühstück war für britische Verhältnisse sehr gut und reichlich und der Ausblick auf den See aus dem Restaurant ist sehr schön. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Zudem liegt das Hotel nicht weit weg von Inverness. (ca. 15 Autominuten)

Fantastic
Overall an excellent experience. Triple room was a little small but comfortable with a nice bathroom. Restaurant was great- very helpful with allergen information. We ate there multiple times. Also nice that you could catch a cruise just across the street.

Excellent overnight stay after a long drive from Liverpool. Clean comfy room with a fabulous breakfast in the morning.We also dined in the restaurant and had a very tasty meal.Very friendly staff would certainly stay again

Very nice hotel and location
Wonderful place to stay, incredible staff, service and restaurant. The bartender and dinner wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. The room was a bit dated and small. Overall, an excellent stay.

The staff could not be more welcoming or helpful. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent with a great view of Loch Ness. The rooms are very small and now a little tired. But the bed was comfy and clean.

Great little hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable, the bathroom in our unit was recently remodeled. There is a restaurant/bar with good food and a wonderful view but the service is SLOW. Price was just right, I would book again.

I’m sad to say that we felt disappointed while staying here. It was the most expensive and least appealing stay of our UK trip. We were very thankful for the beautiful view of the Loch. And we were thankful for the kind and helpful staff. Our disappointment came with the condition of the property. Though the room was very cute and updated, we had several problems. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower wouldn’t drain, my husband had to fix the molding strip on the shower door to get it to close and the WiFi didn’t work. We are always thankful for complimentary coffee and biscuits. However the biscuits were 4 months expired. We loved the view of the loch. But if we looked down from our window, there was a lot of garbage on the ground in the area of the picnic tables. The parking lot is VERY crowded and busy with tour busses. This brings a lot of noise as well. I’m sorry to say we would not visit this hotel again. 🙁

It's a beautiful and very clean property. It has a phenomenal restaurant, friendly staff, clean and very quiet rooms. The view from the hotel and restaurant is outstanding. There's also a cute gift shop on the property. There's not much to walk to from the hotel but it's a great point to use to get into the highlands and rest. There's also boat tours of the loch extremely close to the hotel, that was a fun time everyone in my party enjoyed

Hotel muy bien situado frente al lago Ness. Es un poco antiguo pero se nota que estan realizando reformas para mejorarlo. Las habitaciones y el cuarto de baño son pequeños, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Limpieza correcta.

We loved being on the loch and having a view of the ness. However we had an issue with the bugs when we opened our window the whole room was infested. No one mentioned the hazards of doing so. Restaurant was so kind and made me a special meal for my daughter after hours. Lovely stafff
