'Everything fairly good except for a few things. We were never informed that the dryer was broken prior to check in.
And the beds are hard as rocks. It made things but inconvenient and uncomfortable. I would recommend getting better mattresses as it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Lastly, the thermostat didn't work well. We set it to 20 and it overheated the place to 23 degrees and wouldn't cool off until we turned the thermostat off for the duration of our stay.'

'Hotel was goed, maar wij wisten niet dat er geen tussentijdse schoonmaak was. Bedden werden niet opgemaakt, schone handdoeken moest je elke dag om vragen. Vuile handdoeken bleven liggen. Dat viel dus tegen. Kan nergens terugvinden dat dit er niet bij zat.'

'This was a great stay. There were two rooms in the host’s basement, one with two twin beds and one with a queen. The host was super friendly and easy to talk to. We told them we’d be arriving early and they let us drop our bags off at the house, which was a huge help. We also did laundry as well, which was convenient for us.
The location is a 10 min walk to the bus stop. There were a few food spots we tried that were great (10-20 min walk). The area is also nice if you just want to go for a...

'A great stay for a family of 4. This basement suite is cozy and it comes with everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Burnaby/Vancouver. The hosts are super friendly. If you are visiting Vancouver and surroundings and don’t mind the drive, this place is highly recommended, especially if you travel with a dog. The backyard is large and serene.'

'We loved this stay! The host even welcomed us with cupcakes! We also got drinks and eggs in the fridge. It was the perfect welcome for us in Canada after a long flight from The Netherlands. There were even toys to play with and a laundrymachine and dryer to clean our aiplane clothes. The jacuzzi was perfect. Everything was clean and just great. It is a little far from Vancouver but we didn’t like that city that much so it was just a perfect stay. We would recommend this to everyone. One of our...

'Even though the pictures show a fridge and a sink, toaster and all that stuff , just be aware there is no actual kitchen , no oven and there is no TV . It's not listed that there is it's just something I assumed would be included when you see the pictures and an executive suite . Be sure to double check amenities . I have booked suites before and had kitchens'
