'To start on a positive note, the staff was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the hotel, the room and the communication with management/owner was disappointing.
We stayed in the Libro d’Oro suite, and upon arrival, one of the toilets was already broken. We were told it couldn’t be fixed during our stay.
