'I will start by saying the staff was acceptable, this is not necessarily about them. Stayed 9 nights, most all had excessively loud music blaring until 3am+ as the plaza entrance to the hotel is the preferred kids/young adult hangout. Found it incredibly hard to get any semblance of sleep. Asked desk to switch rooms, none offered.

'Great location. Very close to the ferry port and train and bus stations, easy walking distance. Main tourists sites are not much further.
Interior is a bit past its prime, but rooms are very comfortable and staff is excellent. Very good value for money.

'Nice pools, great dinner, Federica is amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could be better or changed up, location is far from everything so you would need a car. The hotel also charge for everything else under the sun which isnt included so the bill can easily rack up.'
